From One Pool Villa to Over 150
Hi, I'm Yo. I started Kay Luxury Villas in 2019 with one beachfront pool villa in Cha-Am and a simple idea: booking a villa should feel like a recommendation from someone who's actually been there, not a coin toss on a listing site.
Seven years later, that idea hasn't changed. We've reviewed hundreds of pool villas across Thailand. Visited each one, checked the pools, tested the beds, met the owners. Over 150 made the cut. The rest we passed on. We'd rather have a smaller, solid collection than a bigger, forgettable one.
Our villas span four destinations: Pattaya for big groups and weekends, Cha-Am for beachfront family trips, Hua Hin for a quieter pace, and Khao Yai for mountains and cool air. Pet-friendly villas, family reunions, destination weddings. We know which villa fits what.
We Visit Every Villa Ourselves
On booking platforms, you scroll through listings and hope for the best. With us, you talk to someone who has physically walked through the property, filmed it, and knows which bedroom has the best view.
We create original content for every villa. Professional photo shoots, drone footage, video walkthroughs, and vlogs that show you the real place, not stock imagery. You'll see me in most of the villa content. I'd rather show you than describe it.
Our service doesn't stop at check-in. BBQ setups, maid service, airport transfers, restaurant and cafe recommendations for wherever you're staying. We stay involved after the booking.
This Is Personal
I love the beach, I'm a pet mom, and family time is everything to me. That's why pet-friendly villas, family pool villas, and beachfront stays are at the core of what we do. These are the holidays I'd book for myself.
Through our sister brand Salty Dog Retreats, we run wellness retreats at select villas. Sound healing, ice baths, yoga. If you want more than a villa stay, we can make that happen too.
